Bank Statement Converter

Terms

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Bank Statement Converter is run by Vedacta. By using the site you accept these terms.

A conversion tool, not advice

The converter reads a PDF bank statement in your browser and checks that its rows add up to the balances printed on it. That check covers the amounts. It does not prove dates, descriptions or reference numbers, and it cannot detect a statement that was altered before it reached you. Your bank's records govern. The converter is not accounting, tax or financial advice. Use only statements you are entitled to use.

The site is not affiliated with any bank. Bank and product names belong to their owners.

The paid Tally file

The Excel and CSV conversion is free. The Tally file and the joining of statements open with a 30-day pass or a monthly or yearly subscription, at the price shown on the payment page. They are sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, who takes the payment, charges any tax due and sends the receipt; Dodo's terms apply to the payment. A subscription renews until you cancel it through Dodo, and a cancelled one runs to the end of the period paid for. A pass does not renew. The payment ID on your receipt, with the email address you paid with, opens the file in your own business's browsers. Do not pass them on to others.

Refunds: if it does not help you, reply to your receipt email within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund, no reason needed.

You check the import: the page lists what to check in Tally, and you remain responsible for your books. It was tested on TallyPrime 7.2 and may behave differently on other versions.

Liability

The converter is provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on its results or for indirect loss. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Use of the site

You may use the converter freely and link to the pages. Do not disrupt the site or use it for unlawful purposes.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Bengaluru having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Contact: contact@vedacta.com.
